THEY EVEN BROUGHT MY CAR TO ME SO I DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE THE KIDS OUT IN THE SNOW. UNLIKE GOING TO THE DEALER THEY DID WHAT WAS NEEDED AND DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL ME. GREAT SERVICE AND THE DETAIL MADE THE CAR LOOK LIKE BRAND NEW.

to give these guys another great review. It's already getting harder to get an appointment as word gets around. This time around, I just needed some tires put on. But Mazur does all the work on both of our cars, they do it right, they don't oversell, and the pricing is fair. To me, that's a 5-star auto shop.

We continue to be impressed by the professionalism and quality of work. We also appreciate the fact that all 'problems' are identified and explained. They share that not everything is an immediate issue and tell us what to be on the look out for. I also like that the give some idea as to the cost to fix--this helps plan for future expenses in times of tough budget decisions. (Since I also know which end of a hammer to hold,they willingly share what items fall within my capabilities which saves me a few bucks....it is appreciated.)

Went in for a simple oil change and they do the whole safety inspection to let me know if there's anything I need to keep an eye on with my old car.
