I’m new to the area, just moved from out of state. I stopped in to just check pricing for an oil change. Learned they are a total automotive repair company, with a newly built (2018) beautiful repair shop, and an immaculate large waiting area with professional service techs. They have a very friendly, knowledgeable staff, and the service advisor Ben, let me know about a full year service package that is better than any place I’ve been, with benefits I’ve not seen offered anywhere. I signed up the that service and could not be more pleased.

WHAT A PLEASENT SURPRISE AND ONLY A MILE FROM MY HOUSE TOO! I WENT TO MAZURS IN HAMBURG TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE ON MY 2011 AVALON THIS MORNING. I WALKED IN AND SAW A GREAT LOBBY AND WAS CORDIALITY GREETED BY THE OWNERS. I IMMEDIATELY FELT AT EASE AND GAVE THEM MY KEYS. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT AN HOUR AND IT WAS 58 MIN. TO BE EXACT. THEIR CUSTOMER LOUNGE WAS EXCELLENT WITH BIG SCREEN TV AND BEVERAGES AND SNACKS ON THE HOUSE. I AM A RETIRED AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEER AND VET AND FELT VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE PADDED SEATS IN THE LOUNGE WHILE I WAITED. IN LOOKING AROUND, THE LOUNGE AND LOBBY ARE TASTFULLY DECORATED AND HOMEY IN FEELING. I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL RETURN AS I AM TIRED OF LONG TRIPS (LANSING) TO THE TOYOTA DEALER. THEY ARE TOPS ON MY LIST AND WILL BRING MY OTHER 2 CARS THERE FOR SERVICE SOON. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE SUPERIOR SERVICE AND GREAT TREATMENT!!!

I recently moved into the area and needed to have my rotors and brakes replaced I bought the parts and brought them in and the team put them in and did agreat job not only on the vehicle but there was some miscommunication between family and myself and the shop but the shop definitely took care of us and made the whole experience easy and I will definitely come back for any other automotive issues hopefully none come for long time.

Mazur's saved my rv from doom. I blew a cylinder and they got me and my RV back on the road in a day. They were great. Saved my vacation got me home on time.

Very professional auto shop! I was on my way to have my car serviced this morning and 1 of my radar hoses sprung a leak. They were able to locate the leak and promise to have it fixed for me by mid day today. I highly recommend anyone to take there car to mazur's auto in Pinckney! Fast, friendly, and automobile family. Keep up the great work!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I have been here several times and always have a great experience. There are also complementary drinks and snacks while waiting which is nice.
