I met Joe over 2 years ago. Since then, Mazur Auto has done thousands of dollars of work on 2 different cars for me. Everything from a blown engine and transmission, to a brand new set of tires, and nearly everything in between. I told Joe, that to me, a good mechanic is like a good doctor. They are hard to find, and when you find one, don't let them go.

Aside the superb craftsmanship, Joe is one of the most genuinely nice, and honest people I have the privilege of knowing. He'll loan you a car while yours is in the shop, and he even helped my girlfriend put the car seat into his loaner vehicle, and made sure my daughter was safe for the ride home. To me, that is what a truly passionate business owner does, he truly cares about his customers.

Joe will let you know that, "Hey, this part is getting worn out, think about getting it replaced within a certain time frame." He won't push unneeded fixes, and he doesn't take advantage of anyone. My girlfriend feels comfortable with whatever Joe tells her, and I know he would never try to take advantage of her lack of automotive knowledge.

Thanks Joe, and all of the Mazur staff, for all of your hard work keeping me and my family safe on the road. You are not only my mechanic, but a valued friend. My cars will never be touched by anyone else.

"Joe Mazur has worked on various family vehicles since 2001. His work is so good that we have often driven many extra miles just to have him do the repairs we needed. I remember once not having a lot of time to drive those extra miles and not going to Joe. I went to a different dealership and paid almost $100 for a diagnosis and was told that there were no mechanical problems. I came home only to discover a loud noise upon starting the car. When I called Joe and described the problem, he immediately knew what part was failing. I could have saved $100 plus much time if I had gone to Joe first.

I used to hate taking my car to the auto shop. I never knew who I could trust to properly diagnose problems an not overcharge me. That all changed when I moved to Michigan and met Joe Mazur.

Joe has been my mechanic for almost a decade. He's done everything from routine oil changes to replacing an engine for me. He never sugar coats the situation and always shoots me straight on repair costs. He then either brings the project in at or under cost! The one time my car broke down after a major repair he immediately came to pick me up and trailered my car back to his shop. It turned out the failure had nothing to do with the previous repair, but he still didn't charge me for the tow.

Simply put, Joe is a kind, honest man and an exceptional mechanic.
